Homes auctioned on the county courthouse steps have been a staple of real estate investing for decades. But, its not recommended for the in-experienced buyer. Danny has represented financial institutions as an agent, listing their ‘REO’ inventory. And he has purchased foreclosure properties on the steps. Our team is fully capable of researching and making profitable purchases when good opportunities are found.

We have had success mailing specific dollar amount offers direct to owners. Many were at a point in their life where they wanted or needed to sell quickly, and found the offer to close in a few weeks with dealing with real estate agents and showings very attractive. While the offers we made were far below market, some owners are acceptable to our offer price to be able to ‘walk away’.

We are also looking for investors that want a long term, steady income and are open to alternative investments in the RV park, and manufactured home community sector.

Record RV sales have created a huge shortage for places to camp. Manufactured home manufacturers have been enjoying a 5 year growth trend. And just like RV’s with many years of annual record sales, people need a place to rent to put them.
