Danny and Joyce Price met in high school, and were married soon after graduating. Early in their marriage, Danny worked in Atlanta in the commercial construction industry with his father-in-law, while Joyce stayed home and raised their two children.
Danny attended college classes at night studying Computer Science. Eventually, he was hired by Deloitte Consulting after graduating. He is currently working from home as a Senior I.T. Business Analyst
Joyce entered the education field and eventually became the Head of School of the private school that hired her as a teacher right after she graduated college.
Early in their marriage they became fascinated with real estate, and eventually “fixed and flipped” several homes when their were young.
They found that their individual fields complemented each other’s in surprising, and what turned out to be inseparable, ways.
Fast-forwarding to today, Danny and Joyce are approaching 100 properties that have been purchased via municipal auctions, most with capital from our investor-partners.
They have made the decision to scale their business up based on the incredible opportunities they witness first hand, time and again.
While still seeking one-to-one investors, they exploring forming a private equity real estate fund to streamline their process and to be able to execute quickly on the ever growing investment options they come across almost weekly.
